SHIPPING

  • Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • We will only ship to the billing address or PayPal confirmed address provided at checkout.
  • Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing and verification. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. We will provide assistance only if necessary.
  •  Requests for changing or intercepting packages to alter the delivery are not accepted. 
  • If you need to have an order shipped to work or cannot have packages shipped to your billing address, please use PayPal. It is possible to confirm your work address on your PayPal account and have orders shipped there.
  • Please note that we are unable to combine shipping on multiple orders.

    DOMESTIC

    All U.S. orders are shipped via UPS Ground to the contiguous 48 U.S. states, with pricing starting at $15.

    All orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be shipped USPS Priority Mail with prices starting at $20.

    RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

    WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. IF ANY UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS ARE MADE, THE PACKAGE(S) WILL BE REFUSED, WHICH WC WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR.

    **Returns/exchanges without proper documentation cannot be accommodated**

    LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

    Unfortunately sometimes, once shipped, packages go missing or are marked as delivered, yet you have not received them. In this case, you should contact UPS and file a lost or stolen package claim at 800-PICK-UPS or visit them online at UPS Claims. If a shipment was shipped via USPS, please contact them at 1-800-ASK-USPS or go to your local Post Office to file a claim.

    We do not charge tax of products shipped from the Walk-in Closet.
