FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

I didn't receive a confirmation email, did my order go through?

If you received an Order ID number, then your order has been received. On limited and highly pursued after releases, emails may not end up in your inbox. Therefore, it is highly recommended that the Order ID number is notated. Also, check your spam/junk mail folder, there is a high chance it may have ended up there.

 

I didn't receive a tracking number, when should I expect it?

Orders usually ship within the next business day. Tracking information emails usually get sent within 24 hours after your order has shipped. If you don't have it, it's possible that it got sent to your spam folder. In the event of high profile release or high order volume, tracking information emails can be delayed.

 

There are multiple charges on my credit card account.

Upon checkout, your credit card company puts an Authorization (reserve) for the order total on your card account. This money has not been paid to WC, but your card company has put the funds in holding reserve until you complete your checkout procedure. If for some reason your billing address does not match or you do not have enough funds in your account or possibly made a typo, the payment will be declined. Your card issuer will release the funds from reserve normally within 24-48 hours. If you try multiple times to place an order, there will be that many authorizations on your account.

  

I just placed an order, can I cancel it?

Sorry, but it not possible to cancel an order once it has been placed.

 

Is it possible to combine multiple orders into 1 shipment?

Multiple orders will be shipped separately with their individual tracking information.

 

I cannot track the status of my order!

Please allow the carrier at least 24 hours to update their systems. Shipments cannot be tracked immediately as carriers need time to scan the package in to their systems.

 

Tracking info only says "PRE-SHIPMENT" or Shipping Information Received.

This means that your order is in the shipping/packaging phase and will be released  to the carriers shortly. Sometimes, UPS misses the initial scan and thus this information will be updated once the package arrives at their hub.

 

Can I ship to another address besides the billing address?

No, we can only ship to the billing address associated with your credit/debit card account. If you pay by PayPal, you can ship to any other confirmed address within your account.

 

I placed an online order, can I come pick it up at the store?

Unfortunately, online orders ship from our warehouse and cannot be picked up at our store.

 

I emailed customer service, how long will it take them to respond?

Please expect a response within 24-48 hours.

 

I just received my order. Can I return it for a full refund?

Please note that all sales are final and we do not take any types of returns or exchanges.

 

I still have a question that this FAQ could not answer. What do I do?
