We apologize that you were not satisfied with your item(s) received. 

Unfortunately, all sales are final and we do not take any kind of returns or exchanges due to limited availability and due to health and sanitary reasons. 

However, if you received an item due to an error on our part or due to the carrier mishandling or causing damage throughout the shipping process, we will send you a pre-paid return label via email. 

It is highly recommended that you purchase the replacement item so that you can secure your size as most of our items are sold out rapidly. 

Returned items MUST be shipped back in the same brand new condition with all packaging inserts, tags, original box and tissue paper. The shoe box cannot be used as the shipping carton. It must shipped inside a separate corrugated carton to protect the contents during shipment. 

Any improperly made or unauthorized returns will be denied. 

For all refunds, please allow 1-2 business days for inspection and 3-5 business days for refund processing. All refunds will go back to the original payment method.
